I have been in the real estate business since the 1980's, originally in Las Vegas, where I raised a family and operated my business. I relocated to Texas in 2013 and had the opportunity to fully focus on building my business in both seller and buyer representation. I currently reside in Rosemary Beach Florida where my love for the water, stunning landscapes and vibrant communities brought me here. 30a is a place that I have frequently visited for the past 8 years and I am so glad that I now call it home. As I always say "I Found My Way to 30A." My service model is to focus on the client while my virtual assistant and transaction coordinator focus on the daily mechanics from contract to closing. My past experience in the hospitality business working with high net worth individuals has been a natural lead up to me working in the luxury market.
