Selling my home. Very energetic marketing strategy.

Gena responded rapidly to any house we wanted to look at. She was patient with us, even though what we were wanting kept changing. She was very good at advising us with every step, and made sure everything was taken care of. Could not have asked for a better realtor.

Gena listed our house and within one week we received two offers. I was shocked considering our price point and the fact that the busy season hadn't begun yet. She did a great job pricing the home and negotiating the contract with the buyers' agent. She also gave us advise on staging our home which received many compliments at the open house. Her professionalism, marketing expertise and knowledge of the real estate industry make her an excellent realtor and we will be using Gena for our future real estate needs.

Gena is very insightful, extremely detailed and very easy to communicate with. I have multiple investment properties and I deal with her regularly.
